Athlone's Maria O’Callaghan is the Comfort Keepers Regional Carer of the Year for 2025.
She received the award for her high standards in caring, support for her colleagues, and her dedication.
She was chosen as one of ten finalists nationwide and received the recognition at the event in Croke Park earlier this month.
Maria, who works in Comfort Keepers' Tullamore office, started caring during the pandemic and previously for her cared for her daughter over 20 years.
