An observatory in Co. Roscommon has recorded 40 sightings of UFOs.
Dr. Eamonn Ansbro, says the sightings were picked up at the Kingsland Observatory in Boyle over 22 year period.
He told the Irish Daily Mirror, that sightings of mysterious objects usually come 'in waves'.
The US military recently shot down objects seen over US and Canadian airspace, with officials admitting they didn't know what they were.
