A new study has found having your bedroom between 20 and 25 degrees is key to a good night's sleep.
Researchers at the Marcus Institute for Aging in the US, found quality of sleep dropped at higher and lower temperatures.
In analysis of 11,000 nights' sleep of 50 to 65 year olds, found 20 degrees was linked to the longest time asleep, while 30 degrees was linked with highest levels of restlessness.
