People believe they could get more out of each day.
A last-minute weekend away and skinny dipping are some of the spontaneous activities everyone should try, according to a new survey.
Research by Mentos Fanta found 70% of people surveyed believe they could be getting more out of each day, with 65% wanting more excitement in their lives.
The Star reports other spur-of -the -moment things people want to do include extending a holiday while already on one, jumping on to a random bus, and getting up to stargaze in the middle of the night.
A lack of cash is what prevents most people from saying "yes" to opportunities.
