That's according to a new survey by Costa, which found the 2001 British film starring Renee Zellweger came out on top, followed by Legally Blonde and The Holiday.
The Mirror reports other movies making the top 10 heartbreak list include The Wedding Singer, Crazy Stupid Love and How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.
