A comedy show is helping women to learn how to enjoy, and laugh at, the experience of going through menopause.
Anne Gildea is hosting 'How To Get The Menopause And Enjoy It'.
The show, which is in it's third year on the road, will be in the Tuar Ard Arts Centre in Moate this evening from 8pm.
