Planning was submitted in December last year.
A decision is due this week on a new school in Offaly.
The post primary schools is planned for Edenderry, and would involve the demolition of a partially completed hotel structure.
The almost 11,000 sqm facility would have a capacity for 1,000 students.
Parking amenities would include 122 staff and visitor parking spots, 7 of which would be accessible, as well as a set down area for buses and cars and 200 covered bicycle spaces.
The premises would also have 6 fenced ball courts.
A decision is due from Offaly County Council on Wednesday.
