Greenways will be the main beneficiary.
Failte Ireland projects in the Midlands are being allocated over €1.2 million in funding.
The largest investment comes in Greenway infrastructure - with €700,000 being given to developing two stretches in Westmeath.
A further €313,000 will go towards a the completion of a greenway between Ballycommon and Kilbeggan through Offaly.
A €72,000 boost will also be given to the Clara Bog Trail and another €150,000 to developing Derryounce Lakes and trails.
All projects allocated funding are part of the Ireland's Ancient East brand.
