A fundraiser to support an Offaly man whose home was destroyed in a fire has surpassed €15,000.
Tullamore's Aidan Bryant's house was gutted by the blaze in February, which was caused by an electrical fault.
He lost all of his possessions in the fire, and says he was left with nothing but the clothes on his back.
The house was not insured, and Mr. Bryant had only carried out renovations on it late last year to prepare for his retirement.
An online fundraiser, with a final goal of €70,000, is currently at €15,000.
Anyone who wishes to make a donation can do so here.
