Kare, a non-profit organisation which has operations across Offaly, Kildare and Wicklow, supports people in progressing from long term unemployment to fulfilling jobs by providing skills development, accredited training, and practical experience.
The event marked 30 years of Community Employment sponsorship.
A 30 year commemorative plaque was presented to Kare’s CEO, Margaret O’Neill, and all those involved in Kare's two CE programmes at the Keadeen Hotel yesterday.
