Castleforms Ltd in Portlaoise wants to build an insulated construction manufacturing facility with offices, a storage unit, and a stock yard at Units 5A and 5B in Portlaoise Enterprise Park.
The company also intends to provide 50 car parking spaces, three accessible parking spaces and five electric vehicle spaces.
Laois County Council initially received the planning application from Tom Maher on April 3rd, but it was ruled as invalid on yesterday.
Submissions are open until Thursday, May 7th.
