Having been spotted driving erratically, the gardaí intercepted the car at a filling station in Kinnegad yesterday.
The driver tested positive for cocaine, benzodiazepines and cannabis.
The car - which was heavily damaged - was not insured.
The motorist is due to appear before the courts at a later date.
