Westmeath is third from the bottom at 11.9%, down from 12.7% in 2024.and Laois is dropping to 13.4%.
Edenderry has the highest town vacancy rate at 24.5%, followed by Tullamore remaining unchanged at almost 19% and Portarlington at just 11.5%.
