The Laois chair of the Irish Farmers' Association says they will continue their protesting campaign until they get results.
The IFA has been staging blockades at retail distributions centres around the country, to highlight a need for a rise in the price of beef.
Laois chairman, Francis Gorman, says retailers are just as responsible as processors in this ongoing price issue.
A decision was made at a National IFA Council meeting today to continue the protest campaign.
Mr. Gorman says they won't stop until the retailers and processors meet farmers at the Beef Taskforce:
