That's according Fianna Fail Councillor Frankie Keena, after a number of headstones were sprayed with graffiti in Westmeath.
The incident occurred at the Abbey Road Graveyard, Athlone.
Cllr Keena says it's unacceptable and very disrespectable and CCTV should be erected to stop this type of behaviour:
