The Principal of Loughegar National School in Westmeath Niall Brennan says once two or more devices are connected to their internet - the whole system collapses.
Six out of ten primary schools in Ireland don't have access to the minimum level of connectivity recomended which is 30Mbp/s.
In Loughegar's case its as slow as 4mbp/s on a daily basis.
