Center Parcs in Ballymahon recorded operating profits of just over €33m for the 12 months to the end of April this year.
It's a 13% increase in the same period from the year before, according to The Irish Times.
The rise in profits is due to continued popularity with visitors, with occupancy rates of 97.6% in the year to April, which is a slight drop on the year before, when it was 98.7%.
