Offaly Disability Equality Network claims there is no consideration for people with disabilities.
There has been a largely negative reaction to the regenerational framework of an Offaly Town.
The report has been given on stakeholder feedback to the Tullamore Urban Regeneration and Development Fund Project.
The Tullamore Regenerational Framework incorporates the planned development of six different sites around the town.
Architecture firm BDP says the proposal as it stands does not align with national objectives, and will not aid the town centre in becoming more vibrant and economically viable.
Proper developer Grapemont Ltd believe the current plan fails to acknowledge planning for retail-led projects.
Offaly Disability Equality Network claims there is no consideration for people with disability while an individual submissions is calling for disability needs to be provided for.
Another individual submission suggests comparisons to what has worked in Christchurch, New Zealand, proposing a boutique art house cinema, children's playground for the town centre and street art.
The full report can be viewed on the Offaly County Council website.
