Edenderry's Clodagh Farrell runs The Cake Shed which uses the honesty box model.

An Offaly woman is taking her lifelong hobby of baking and turning it into a small business.

Clodagh Farrell is the brains behind 'The Cake Shed' which operates out of a small shed on her family farm in Edenderry.

Alongside her business, she helps in the running of the farm, and studies Agricultural Science at UCD.

The business takes the 'honesty box' approach, where people can pull up and pay the amount needed without someone there to take the transaction.
