A construction company is opening a show house for a 150 house development in Offaly this weekend.
Fitzpatrick & Heavey Group, currently has over 500 homes under construction across counties Offaly, Westmeath, Wicklow, Cork and Cavan.
The latest project, named Scotts Avenue, is located on the Tyrells Road in Puttaghan in Tullamore, and will be open to the public on Saturday from 11am until 2pm.
The project consists of 150 A rated two, three, and four-bedroom homes.
Along with the Tullamore project, Fitzpatrick & Heavey are also scheduled to 75 homes in Birr, and 35 houses in Moate.
