That's the warning from the Clean Coasts organisation as over 400 midlands volunteers took part in removing litter during this year's Big Beach Clean.
Over 300 Volunteers in Offaly removed an estimated two tonnes of marine litter, with volunteers in Westmeath removing an estimated 985 kilograms.
