Laois has the highest number of successful applications in the midlands.
Funding has been paid out for 208 homes across the midlands which were vacant or derelict and brought back into use.
A total of €11.2m has been given out in grants by the Department of Housing.
Laois has the highest number of successful applications in the region with 88, followed by Westmeath with 75 and Offaly with 45.
Nationally, funding has been paid out to 2,856 homes.
