The plans include 104 new dwellings.
Planning has been submitted for a major new housing development in Westmeath.
104 new dwellings are included in the plans for a site at the Ardmore Road in Mullingar.
The houses would be a mix of semi detached and terraced homes, with one, two, three or four beds.
Cycle lanes, boundary treatments and site landscaping are among associated site works.
A decision is due from Westmeath County Council by the 22nd of July.
