Changes to the roads and footpaths in a midlands town would make a "huge difference" to people using a wheelchair.
That's what the Irish Wheelchair Association are saying after they conducted a survey of Portlaoise.
Issues in the area include cars parking at dropped curves, disabled parking spaces being taken by those who do not qualify and trip hazards.
