That's what Portlaoise Panthers Basketball Club are saying after previous meeting with local councillors and TDs in relation to their pursuit of an appropriate facility to play their games in have led to nothing.
The Panthers say after long standing issues with condensation and a leaking roof in St Mary's Hall, they need a greenfield site with two courts, but Laois County Council has ruled it out.
It comes after the club had to evacuate their fans in Portlaoise on Saturday mid-way through a National League game after condensation made the court dangerous to play on.
