Athlone and Portlaoise were the two study areas included in the latest Locked Out Of the Market report.

There's still no available properties within the Housing Assistance Payment scheme in the Midlands.

The latest Locked Out Of the Market study shows Portlaoise and Athlone still do not have any within the financial limit for the scheme.

Athlone saw a drop of nine properties within any price range to rent from the June report, while Portlaoise gained seven properties.
