A midlands auctioneer says the Government needs to put a long term plan in place to deal with housing crisis.
The government are deaf to the solutions being presented to them by people who know what they're talking about, when it comes to housing.
That's what the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers are saying amid warnings of a crash social solidarity and social cohesion caused by the housing crisis.
IPAV CEO, Castlepollard's Pat Davitt believes society will no longer work as we know it, if those who are currently locked out of the property market can't get in to it soon.
He says the problems are made worse by government inertia:
