Laois is hosting three official walks in the morning, with people gathering at Lions AFC in Durrow, Portarlington GAA Club, and Beladd in Portlaoise.
Banagher College, Lough Boora Parklands and Ballynamona in Rhode are the spots in Offaly.
While Westmeath's two biggest towns are hosting walks, with people invited to attend Athlone Town AFC and Springfield in Mullingar.
Trudy Darling, Clinical Services Manager with Pieta in the Midlands says, it's bringing families and friends together.
All walks get underway at 4.15am tomorrow morning.
