Grainne Moran finished the game with 2-4.
Portlaoise won their fourth Laois LGFA Senior title in six years, defeating reigning champions St Conleth’s 3-13 to 1-11 in Stradbally on Saturday.
Grainne Moran was the standout player, scoring 2-4, along with Aisling Kehoe getting her sides other goal.
Despite 0-7 from Aoibhe Byron, it wasn’t enough for St Conleth’s who were denied doing back to back titles.
