The MP Motorsport driver missed out on points after a costly qualifying session.
Alex Dunne's F3 frustrations continued over the weekend with the Offaly racer missing out on points at Monaco.
The McLaren junior driver's hopes were dashed by a poor qualifying that saw him line up at the back of the grid for both the sprint and feature races.
Dunne's sprint race was over by turn three of the his first lap after he crashed into a pile-up caused by a collission between the ART of Christian Mansell and PREMA Racing’s Arvid Lindblad.
The Clonbullogue teenager enjoyed a far more productive feature race, managing to move up ten places, including one of the best moves of the weekend at the Lowes Hairpin at the end of the race.
Dunne and the rest of the Formula Three grid return to action at Catalunya on the 21st of June.
