The event takes place all week until Sunday.
Her Outdoors Week 2025 has launched in Westmeath.
The week long event aims to encourage more females to get out and enjoy the benefits of being in the outdoors, while bringing visibility to the opportunities for females to get involved in outdoor physical activity.
Activities such as Yoga, Mountain Biking and Social Walking are all included and the event lasts all week until Sunday.
Coordinator of Westmeath Sports Partnership Anthony Wheat says they've got many great activities scheduled over the course of the week:
