Leinster Champions: Player Reaction

Mahon, Egan, Mitchell, and Screeney - hear from last night's key players.

Offaly were always going to "take care of business", according to dual Leinster Under 20 Championship winner Cormac Egan.

The 20 year old was a Leinster and All Ireland winner with the county's footballers two years ago.

Last night he played a pivotal role in setting up Adam Screeney for a crucial Offaly goal.

Moments earlier the team's captain Charlie Mitchell was sent off for a second yellow card.

Egan says despite the challenges his side faced, he told Liam White he thought they'd always get over the line:

Mitchell was hit with two yellow cards before the 40th minute in Carlow.
