The Clara man returns to action this week at Dublin, Ohio, playing in a very strong field that also includes fellow Irishmen Rory McIlroy and Seamus Power.
Lowry's group tees off shortly before 6pm Irish time tomorrow, before an early start on Friday.
Meanwhile, Graeme McDowell is among the players in the field for the inaugural LIV Golf Invitational Series event in London next week.
The former US Open champion will tee it up at the Centurion Club as the Saudi-backed initiative begins.
