McNulty Still Hard To Please After Choppy Fourth Consecutive Win

Tipperary pushed Laois to the last minute in Semple Stadium on Sunday.

Laois continued their perfect start to their league season with a narrow win over Tipperary on Sunday.

The O'Moore County needed a late three point surge in the last five minutes to retrieve a game that looked like getting away from Justin McNulty's side.

Scores from Kieran Lillis, Evan O'Carroll, and Paul Kingston put Laois into a late lead.

From there, they were able to keep Tipperary out.

The final score was 0-11 to 1-7 in favour of Laois.

County manager McNulty says while his team have plenty character and spirit, there's aspects of the game they must improve on.

The O'Moore County top the standings in Division Four and have three remaining games, against London, Leitrim, and Waterford.
