NFL: Potential Make Or Break Weekend For Midlands Sides

Laois and Westmeath are hunting promotion while Offaly are looking to avoid the drop.

It's a big weekend for the midlands sides in the National Football League.

In Division Two, Mickey Harte and Declan Kelly's Offaly welcome Cavan to O'Connor Park for a 2:00pm throw in this Sunday.

Defeat for the Faithful will confirm relegation back to Division Three.

In Division Three, Westmeath are aiming to continue their push for promotion, as Mark McHugh's side face Limerick in Cusack Park.

A win for the Lake County will take them up to eight points ahead of their final game away to Wexford next weekend.

Throw in is at 2:00pm from Cusack Park this Sunday.

And finally, Laois are looking to make it back to back wins, with Justin McNulty's side travelling to Fermanagh this Saturday.

Laois secured an emphatic nine point win over Westmeath in their previous game.

Throw in is at 6:00pm from Enniskillen this Saturday.
