Donie Hanlon scored the winning point in that Leinster final in 1960 and also took part in Offaly's All Ireland final defeat at the hands of Down a year later.
Hanlon's inter-county career spanned six years, from 58 to 64, while he won a senior county football titles with St Patrick's, Gracefield, and Gracefield-St Mary's.
