Offaly SFC: Rhode Host Ballycommon After Underwhelming Opening Salvo

The 31 times champions are looking for a second consecutive championship win.

Rhode continue their campaign to reclaim the Dowling Cup tonight.

Their second outing in the Offaly Senior Football Championship sees the 2022 champions hosting Ballycommon.

Rhode will be looking to improve upon a stodgy opening victory against Bracknagh.

That game finished 0-14 to 0-11.

While Ballycommon were impressive in putting defending county champions Tullamore under sustained pressure, eventually losing their opening round by a single point, 2-5 to 0-12.

Throw-in in Rhode is set for 7.30pm this evening.
