John Kiely will manage Jim Bolger's team in the charity match with All-Ireland winning boss Liam Cahill in charge of Davy Russell's side in the charity game.
Offaly's Adam Screeney, along with the likes of Noel McGrath, Con O'Callaghan and the Championship's all-time top scorer Patrick Horgan are among the players taking part.
Liam Hoare, Brian Duignan, Dan Bourke and Brian Carroll have also been included on the substitutes bench.
Throw in is at 7:30pm from Netwatch Cullen Park this evening.
