Offaly need to be targeting wins over Dublin, Wexford and Kildare in 2026.
That's according to Midlands 103 commentator John Leahy, as the 2026 inter county hurling season is set to commence next month.
Johnny Kelly's side maintained their place in the Leinster Championship this season, as well as gaining promotion to Division 1A.
They will be welcoming Dublin, Kilkenny and Wexford to O'Connor Park in 2026, with trips to Galway and Kildare also scheduled.
