The Mullingar man is part of an 11 team squad for Ireland.
A Westmeath boxer is set to represent Ireland at the World Boxing Cup in Brazil.
2025 World bronze medalist Patsy Joyce from Olympic BC, is one of 11 boxers selected for the tournament, with the Mullingar man competing in the 55kg category.
The tournament takes place from April 20th to 27th, with Olympians Daina Moorehouse, Jenny Lehane, Michaela Walsh, Jude Gallagher, Dean Clancy and Jack Marley also part of the squad.
