Nicole Turner finished third in her heat this morning to make this evening's medal race.
Portarlington's Nicole Turner has qualified for another Paralympic final.
The Tokyo silver medalist finished third in a time of 35.35 in the Women's 50 metre freestyle S-6 heat and will swim for a medal this evening.
The final gets underway at at 6.19pm.
Turner follows the 50m freestyle with the 50m fly next week - she'll be back in the water for the heats on Tuesday morning.
Dearbhaile Brady also took part in the freestyle heats but failed to make the final.
Róisín Ní Riain was fourth in her heat of the Women's 100-metre Butterfly S-13 and that was good enough to reach her final.
Later today in Cycling, Richael Timothy goes in the Women's 3000-metre Individual Pursuit at the Velodrome.
Martin Gordon and Damien Vereker are in the B-4 Men's 4000-metre Individual Pursuit, along with respective pilots Eoin Mullen and Mitchell McLaughlin.
And in Para Archery, Kerrie Leonard competes in the ranking round of the Women’s Individual Compound.
