The former Tyrone, Louth, and Derry boss is aiming high for Offaly Football next year.
Offaly will be aiming to win the Division Three league title.
That's the stated ambition from the Faithful County's new joint-manager Mickey Harte after his recently announced appointment to work alongside Declan Kelly.
Harte says he wants Offaly competing in next year's All Ireland series.
Topping the Division Three standings would book their place in the championship, but would represent a quantum leap forward in performance after Kelly's footballers avoided relegation from the same league by a single point this year.
