Ava O'Connor helps Ireland's push for promotion at the European Team Championship
Tullamore Harrier Ava O'Connor's third place finish in the 3 thousand metre steeplechase has kept Ireland top of the standings at the European Team Championships.
O'Connor got around the 3km race in a time of 10 minutes 18 seconds.
Adva Cohen of Israel and Albania's Luiza Gega finished ahead of the Irish runner.
Ireland should have promotion from division three of the Championship secured as the final day reaches its conclusion.
