St Loman's Manager Paddy Dowdall is paying tribute to the character of this players after they secured a Westmeath Senior Football final replay in Mullingar on Sunday.
The defending county champions were trailing The Downs by a single score heading towards the full time whistle before corner back Eoghan Hogan managed to slot the equaliser.
The game finished 1-13 to 1-13.
The replay is fixed for Cusack Park this Saturday afternoon for 3pm.
