The Athlone side recorded a comfortable 5-2 victory in the first round of the LFA Women's Junior Shield.
Meanwhile in the same competition Killeigh Rovers suffered a heavy defeat away to Baldoyle Utd and in the LFA Women's Junior Cup 3rd Round, Mill Celtic beat Ballymackey 3-1.
And finally, in the FAI Junior Cup 4th round Monksland Utd lost out to a narrow defeat to Templeogue Utd 1-0.
