Originally broadcast in its entirety on Midlands 103 at 8pm on 01st January 2023, to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of this iconic album. Due to copyright music contained within, at the request of Sony Music to allow this documentary to be available to listen to online, all Michael Jackson songs used, were edited down to a maximum of 30 seconds.

A Midlands 103 documentary with Westmeath County Council following, telling four remarkable stories, each of which focusses on the Irish Midlands during a time of brutality and hatred, a time when families were divided, friendships were broken and a country was left on the verge of ruin. This documentary is funded by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media in partnership with Westmeath County Council.
