Each episode will look at the daily realities encountered by people with various disabilities, from physical impairments to autism.

Throughout the series, listeners will be introduced to individuals who are trying to navigate a world that often fails to accommodate their needs adequately.

In episode three of Beyond Barriers, Midlands 103's Sinéad Hubble explores the challenges people with Down Syndrome face.
