ReSHAPE is an AI powered tool to help workers upskill and employers plan workforce development.

A new digital platform is aiming to help Midlands workers understand and hone their career skills.

ReSHAPE is a collaboration between TUS, Munster Technological University , and the University of Limerick.

The AI powered tool will show workers where they need to upskill and help employers plan workforce development.

ReSHAPE Programme Manager Carmel Halligan is based at TUS Athlone and says it aims to keep people within their counties:
