The first phase of a major Offaly housing development is set to be launched this Saturday.
GVM Auctioneer's Tullamore office is opening a showhouse for the Ridley Place housing estate on Collins Lane, Tullamore.
It follows Offaly County Council approving the development last January subject to 32 conditions.
The large scale residental development includes 126 properties overall, with a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom detached, semi-detached and terraced residental units available in the first phase.
