62 adults were without permanent accommodation in Westmeath, the highest number in the region.
That figure is 49 in Offaly, and 35 in Laois.
52 children were homeless in the midlands in February, which is down one on the previous month's report.
Nationally, 13 thousand 841 people accessed emergency accommodation last month, the highest number on record.
That total includes over 4 thousand children.
The figures released by the Department of Housing do not include refugees, asylum seekers, women in refuge centres or rough sleepers.
